Regarding this, please note that your courses are available in different qualities (1080p, 720p, 360p, and 270p), which automatically adjust based on your bandwidth, although you still have the option to change it manually.

If a video will not play, run through these quick checks:

• Lower the video quality (at the bottom of the player) if your connection is slow.
• Make sure your browser is up to date.
• Try another browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).
• Run a speed test on speedtest.net.

Yes. Go to the gift section at the bottom of the homepage: pick the duration you want to offer among the available plans, and you will receive a coupon code, valid for 6 months, to pass on to the person of your choice.

When they activate the code, they get unlimited access to all courses for the gifted period. The countdown starts at activation, not at purchase, and access simply ends when the period is over: it is a gift, with no automatic renewal and no charge.

All courses and training provided by Dessindigo are available exclusively online on our platform, and the videos are not available for download, so it is essential to have an internet connection to follow the learning process.

All course materials and exercises provided within the training are, however, available in PDF format and can be downloaded by the student so that they can practice the concepts learned during drawing sessions even when they are not in front of a screen.
