Technical Questions

Minimum Required Configuration (Computer)?

To follow courses on Dessindigo.com, you won’t need a high-performance machine. All you need is to keep your browser up to date (preferably Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari) and to have an acceptable internet connection.
Regarding this, please note that your courses are available in different qualities (1080p, 720p, 360p, and 270p), which automatically adjust based on your bandwidth, although you still have the option to change it manually.

Videos Won't Start, Just Keep Loading?

Here are some steps to take if you have trouble playing videos.

 - On your computer, you can reduce the video quality (at the bottom of the player), if your internet speed is too slow, this will make the video smoother. 

- Make sure your internet browser is up to date.

- Perform a bandwidth test and transmit the download speed: http://www.speedtest.net/en/

- Otherwise, can you try with another browser to see if it works better: FireFox, Chrome, (Internet Explorer), ... (that often solves the problem)

Otherwise, it may be that your Flash Player settings prevent the site from being able to properly start the video. Follow the steps below:

On your video player during a lesson, right click on the screen and then:

  1.  -> global settings...
  2. -> registration
  3. -> Check "Allow sites to save information on this computer".

Can We Offer Training to Someone Else?

You can definitely choose to offer one or more courses to someone else, via the dedicated section "Gift a Course" at the bottom of the homepage. You will receive a coupon code valid for 6 months to pass on to the person concerned.

Once this code is entered, it will provide access to the selected courses for one year (the year count begins of course when the coupon code is entered and validated, not at the moment of purchase, so the recipient of the gift will indeed have access to a year of training even if the coupon is given 4 months after its purchase).

Is there a follow-up on the student's learning?

All users of the site who have subscribed to a training can interact with the community, the educational team, and the teachers in different ways according to their needs:

-The live chat available at the bottom right allows you to instantly ask a question to a teacher or a member of the educational team

-          The "Discussions" space below each course video allows students to ask a question related to the course they have just seen, to which the teacher will respond.

- The forum allows interaction not only with the teachers and educational team, but also with the entire site community including other students. It is therefore possible to ask questions, share creations, or simply discuss topics related to drawing in general.
