General conditions

Introduction

Dessindigo.com is an online platform for learning drawing, as well as visual and plastic arts. This site is owned by Hmonster SARL, located at Route de Bussigny 26, 1023 Crissier, Switzerland. The company can be contacted by phone at 0041/21.625.15.14 or by email at communication@dessindigo.com.

Site Registration

By registering on “Dessindigo.com,” the user agrees to the terms of use of Dessindigo.com. Hmonster SARL reserves the right to change or modify the general terms and conditions of the site without continuously notifying its users. It is the users’ responsibility to stay informed of any updates to these terms.

Registering on “Dessindigo” also authorizes the platform to send newsletters and promotional offers to subscribers in order to keep them informed about platform updates and new features.

When placing any order on the site, a phone number must be provided. Supplying a phone number authorizes “Dessindigo” to send you up to three special offers or specific updates by SMS per year. If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, simply let us know by writing to "support@dessindigo.com".

The information provided by users is used exclusively by “Dessindigo” and is never shared with third parties.

Free Content

6. Dessindigo.com offers free access to certain video courses. These courses are selected by the “Dessindigo” team, which reserves the right to modify at any time the content available to unregistered users or those holding a “Discovery” account (meaning users who do not currently have an active subscription).

Subscription

7. The video courses offered on the Dessindigo platform can only be viewed online and require an internet connection. They cannot be downloaded.

Any order placed on the Dessindigo.com website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Confirming an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms of sale, with no exceptions or reservations. All data provided and recorded confirmations shall serve as proof of the transaction.

Subscriptions to “Dessindigo” can be purchased at any time and are available in three distinct plans, each granting full access to the platform’s content. Subscription options include durations of one (1) month, three (3) months, and twelve (12) months. All plans provide 24/7 access to all content on the platform for the duration of the subscription. A subscription also includes access to live chat with instructors and/or the teaching team, who are available at least 8 hours per day during business days.

Users also have the option of gifting a subscription via a dedicated section. When offering a subscription, the user receives a code or a link to share with the intended recipient. This code or link must be used within one year of purchase or it will no longer be valid on Dessindigo.com. The code should be entered in the “Coupon Code” section and will grant full access to the platform’s content for the chosen period. Unlike standard subscriptions, gift code subscriptions do not renew automatically at the end of the term.

Dessindigo may occasionally offer promotional deals and discounts on its subscriptions and products. These may be sold directly on the platform or through third-party providers in the form of coupon codes. Automatically renewing promotional offers—whether the initial transaction was discounted or not—will renew at Dessindigo’s standard full price, unless stated otherwise. These offers remain commitment-free for the customer.

Unsubscribing

12. To avoid any interruption of service, your subscription will automatically renew for a period equal to the original plan, at the standard rate listed on the Dessindigo website. You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing desabonnement@dessindigo.com. Your subscription will then remain active until the end of the current billing period. You may also switch to another subscription plan at any time; the new plan will take effect after the current one ends. In the event of cancellation, all student account information (completed courses, courses in progress, favorites, and progress reports) will be saved and remain accessible should the student choose to subscribe again.

Intellectual Property

13. All elements of the Dessindigo.com website are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Hmonster SARL. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use any elements of the site—whether software, visual, or audio—in any way, even partially, without express written permission from Hmonster SARL.

User Contributions

14. Dessindigo.com provides all users with access to a forum and blog. By posting a contribution, the user acknowledges that it will be published on the site under their own responsibility. User contributions must not:

  • Violate public order, moral standards, or be offensive to minors.
  • Infringe on the reputation, privacy, or image rights of any third party.
  • Be defamatory, degrading, or damaging to the image or reputation of any brand or person.
  • Contain pornographic or pedophilic content.
  • Compromise the security or integrity of any state or territory.
  • Facilitate access to pirated software, license keys, or software that could harm others’ data or devices.
  • Infringe on anyone’s intellectual property rights.
  • Promote hate, violence, suicide, racism, anti-Semitism, xenophobia, homophobia, or glorify war crimes or crimes against humanity.

  • Promote discrimination based on ethnicity, religion, race, sexual orientation, or disability.
  • Advocate suspicious or fraudulent practices.
  • Contain hyperlinks or advertise/promote a company, brand, site, blog, or forum.

When a user shares content such as a drawing or other creation through a comment, forum post, or upload to their gallery, they agree that Dessindigo may use that content for educational and promotional purposes, on the platform itself or via communication or advertising channels used to promote the site and its training.

Governing Law

15. These terms of sale are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, only the Swiss courts of Lausanne, in the canton of Vaud, shall have jurisdiction.

For any subscription purchase and for it to be activated immediately, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal so that the service can begin before the end of the legal withdrawal period.
