I signed up in January, but I’m only introducing myself now. I’m quite shy… Actually, I needed to work on my own for a while before I felt ready to start sharing (apparently, it’s called imposter syndrome…). Being self-taught and having a comic book project in mind, I signed up for the comic book training course. Then I realized that something was missing. So, I went back to the basics, and I must admit that, firstly, it really reinforced what I already knew, and secondly, it helped me to better understand certain aspects and to have a better approach to drawing. Of course, I still need to improve, because we never stop improving and evolving in drawing, but I finally feel ready to launch myself as an illustrator, and I’m making good progress on my comic book. My goal: Angoulême in January 2022 and meeting with publishers!
Inscrite depuis janvier je me présente seulement; Je suis une grande timide... En fait j'avais besoin de travailler dans mon coin avant de commencer à partager (on appelle ça le syndrome de l'imposteur, paraît-il...) Autodidacte, et ayant un projet de BD, je me suis inscrite à la formation BD, puis je me suis aperçue qu'il me manquait un truc. J'ai donc repris les bases et je dois avouer que, d'une part ça a bien consolidé mes acquis, d'autre part permis de mieux comprendre certains aspects et d'avoir une meilleure approche du dessin. J'ai bien sûr encore besoin de progresser, puisque nous n'arrêtons jamais de progresser et d'évoluer en dessin, mais je me sens enfin prête à me lancer comme illustratrice et j'avance bien sur ma BD. Objectif : Angoulême en janvier 2022 et la rencoontre avec les éditeurs !
