I have always been a painter and illustrator, and it even became my profession after an apprenticeship as a jeweler, and a few years of working in an administrative role to earn a living. My health issues forced me to stop, and now I am at home with a disability pension from the Swiss insurance system.
But it's impossible for me to stop creating, especially to stop drawing and painting... and that's how I gradually became a painter and creator, teacher, and graphic designer. I teach creativity, including drawing... and for the past year, I've received an iPad, which gives me access to a new world in graphic design. However, it's a technique that I didn't study much during my apprenticeship, so I've been looking for courses to make the most of my tablet...
And besides, I thought it would also be interesting to deepen my skills in academic drawing... and also in drawing characters... and since my son is a fan of manga, I thought it would be great to discover this technique.
So, I'm getting serious about it... with a friend to whom I have to show my progress each week to avoid procrastinating. If you want to see what I'm doing, I have a website: www.myriadecreations.com

je suis artiste peintre et dessinatrice depuis toujours, c'est même devenu mon métier après un apprentissage de bijoutière-joaillière, et qq années de travail alimentaire comme responsable admistrative, ma santé m'a stoppé et je suis maintenant à la maison avec une rente de l'assurance invalidité, en Suisse.
Mais impossible de ne plus créer, surtout ne plus dessiner et peindre... et c'est là que progressivement je suis devenue artiste peintre, et créatrice, enseignante et graphiste... j'enseigne la créativité, dont le dessin... et depuis 1 an, j'ai reçu un iPad et ça me donne accès à un nouveau monde dans le graphisme... mais c'est une technique que j'ai peu étudier en apprentissage, et donc j'ai cherché des cours pour profiter pleinement de ma tablette...
et en plus, je me suis dit que ça serait intéressant aussi de pouvoir approfondir mes compétences en dessin académique... et aussi en personnage... et mon fils étant fan de manga, je me suis dit que ça serait top de découvrir cette technique.
