Hello, I'm starting this thread to share my character designs with the "Dessindigo" community. I'm hoping to get some advice, critiques, opinions, and ideas from everyone (I'm very open to criticism, so feel free to share your thoughts without holding back *maso-Mode-ON*).
The references I used might be inaccurate or lack precision, so I encourage you to point out any errors if you see them.
By the way, don't pay attention to the spelling; there's nothing I can do about it now...

Bonjour, j'ouvre le sujet pour partager mes création de personnage avec le communauté de "Dessindigo" . En faisant cela j’attends des conseils, des critiques, des avis, des idées de la part de tout le monde (je suis très ouvert sur la critique allez y sans retenue *maso-Mode-ON*).

I like the design; it’s cool, maybe a little too monochrome (all green).
Feel free to add a brief description of your character and your initial intentions directly in your message. Sometimes it’s hard to read it directly on the drawing: who is she? What is her story? What kind of “aura” do you want her to project?
From what I can tell, she looks like a warrior (her build, the tight-fitting clothes all over), probably more of a magician, I would say, because she doesn’t have any weapons or special protection (so no close combat), and her hair is loose (I know it’s a detail, but long hair when you’re fighting is annoying if you don’t tie it up). And she seems to be a rather cold character, in the sense that she isn’t friendly, eccentric, or outgoing.
That’s what I perceive. Tell me if I’m completely off or not ^^

J'aime bien son design, il est cool, peut-être trop monochrome (même vert partout).
N'hésite pas à mettre un petit descriptif de ton perso et de tes intentions initiales directement dans ton message, c'est parfois très petit à lire sur ton dessin directement : qui est-ce ? Quelle est son histoire ? Qu'est-ce que tu veux qu'elle dégage comme "aura" ?
Là de ce que j'en perçoit, elle ressemble à une guerrière (sa carrure, les vêtements bien sanglés partout), probablement plutôt un genre de magicienne je dirais, car elle n'a pas d'armes, pas de protections particulières (pas de combat au corps à corps donc) et les cheveux détachés (je sais c'est un détail, mais les cheveux longs quand on se bat, c'est relou si on les attache pas). Et elle a l'air d'être un personnage assez froid, dans le sens où ce n'est pas quelqu'un d'avenant, d'excentrique ou d'extraverti.
C'est ce que j'en perçois, dis-moi si je suis à côté de la plaque ou pas ^^

Otherwise, it's interesting to see your vision; indeed, she should have magical combat abilities, but fighting isn't really her thing.
As for the equipment, even though I could have drawn it, I still need to improve. I'm gradually gathering information before I can produce a decent result, and to finish, BRAVO! Yes, I wanted to create a character who is a bit cold and almost unapproachable at first glance. Alright, I'll find some time between research, exercises, and practice to create a better result!

Sinon c'est intéressant de voir ta vision, en effet elle devrait avoir des capacités de combat magique mais le combat n'est ça tasse de thé.
L'équipement même si j'aurais pu le dessiné je manque encore de donner je me document petit a petit avant de pouvoir sortir un résulta potable, et pour finir BRAVO !! Oui je voulais en faire un personnage un peut froid presque inapprochable de prime abord. Bon et bien je vais me trouver un moment entre la doc les exo, la pratique pour pondre un meilleur résultat !

Here’s some inspiration after Christmas, I’m trying out some colors and posting them to get some FEEDBACK 😆.
I want to stick with green for the dark hair as the primary color, I think *no idea*, for the eyes, a reddish-orange might give it an autumnal feel and break up the green, and the shape of the eyes gives a more serious look.
For the skin, I wanted a fairly pale color with a slightly yellowish tone, since she spends all day secluded in the depths of the forest (but I think I don't have the right marker, so I'm going to go back to working with pencils :P).
The turquoise tattoos suit her for now; they give a slightly shimmering, ethereal look. That’s it for the face.
For the hairstyle, I was thinking of having her hair tied back in a large braid, but it could also be situational, because I’m reminding myself that she has vines at her disposal and can make a “hair tie” in case of a fight.
As for the character details, for now (and I’m reminding everyone that any comments, help, or corrections are welcome):
Name: Leafrix, first name Serissa
Height: 1m67, somewhere between tall and short (I think)
Characteristics: This is where it gets complicated. I imagined something fairly balanced overall, almost perfect at first glance, but which in reality leads to quite a few personality and empathy issues. She’s neither nice nor mean, quite cold, rarely smiling, maybe never, and very difficult to approach. She’s a very sincere person but has no tact, is intelligent, and well-read. We can conclude with a detail that makes a difference: she is suspicious and indifferent towards humans, but she remains curious about how they work.
She would master earth or wind magic, something that can be gentle or ruthless depending on how it’s used. Her coldness combined with her intelligence makes her a very responsive person in the most unexpected situations.
As mentioned above, I tried to create a very balanced, almost perfect character, but this is greatly offset by a life lived in solitude without any real purpose, resulting in a zero level of sentimentality and emotional response.
Her story: ... To be continued in a future episode?
Regarding her role, I see the character as a significant support for a protagonist who would be able to awaken her intellectual or emotional curiosity.
Un peut d'inspiration après noël, j'essaye quelque colo je poste pour chercher de L'AIDE 😆
Je souhaite rester sur du vert pour les cheveux foncé en première couleur je pense *aucune notion*, pour les yeux rouge un peut orange peut donne un coté automne et coupé le spam de Vert et puis la forme des yeux donne un air plus sérieux.
La peau je voulais partir sur une couleur assez pâle dans un ton un peut jaunâtre, étant donner quelle reste cloitré toute la journée au fond de la forêt (mais je pense que que j'ai pas le feutre donc je vais retourner travailler au crayon :P)

Le cul entre deux chaisse n'y gentille n'y méchante, assez froide ne souriant rarement voir jamais elle est très difficile a approché, personne très sincère mais n'ayant aucun tact, intelligente et cultivé. On conclue avec une détail qui peut faire la différence méfiante et indifférente par rapport au humain mais elle reste curieuse de leur fonctionnement.
Elle maitriserait une magie de terre ou de vent quelque chose qui peut être doux ou impitoyable selon l'utilisation. Sont sang froid couplé a sont intelligence font d'elle une personne très réactive au situation les plus inattendue.
Voila comme dit plus haut j'ai chercher a crée un personnage très équilibré voir presque parfaite, mais qui est énormément contre-balancer par une vie mené en solitaire sans réelle but du coup un niveau sentimental et ressentit de 0.

Concernant sont rôle je voyais le personnage comme un soutien de taille pour un protagoniste qui arriverais a éveiller ça curiosité intellectuelle ou affective.
I definitely prefer the version on the left, which has more harmonious colors and a more interesting variation in the green tones, whereas the one on the right is very uniform.
Don’t hesitate to look at the color variations in the leaves of the trees, whether they are green or already turning brown/red.
Apart from manufactured objects, organic things never have a uniform color.
Your skin doesn’t have a uniform tone; there are darker, lighter, more colorful areas, etc.
You can feel more variations in the first version, even though the idea of adding orange is also cool.
The version on the left also conveys different vibes. I perceive your character as being colder and more distant, and a little bit mystical too (the tattoos). With a slightly ethereal/fantastic side due to their paleness.
The one on the right clearly conveys a more warrior-like and rugged temperament. Still distant, but much less cold. More like someone who will give you a hard time, a bit gruff.
It’s up to you to decide which one you think is more relevant. Keep in mind that my opinion is subjective, of course.

J'ai une nette préférence pour la version de gauche qui est plus harmonieuse au niveau des couleurs et avec une plus jolie variation dans le vert alors que celle de droite est très uniforme à l'inverse.
N'hésite pas à regarder les variations de couleur qu'il y a dans les feuilles des arbres, qu'elles soient vertes ou déjà en train de brunir / rougir ^^
A part les objets manufacturés, l'organique n'a jamais une couleur uniforme.
Ta peau n'a pas une teinte uniforme, il y a des zones plus sombres, plus claires, plus colorées, etc.
On ressent davantage de variations dans la première version du coup, même si l'idée d'apporter du orange est cool aussi.
La version de gauche renvoie des codes différents aussi. Je perçois ton personnage comme plus froid et distant, un peu mystique aussi (les tattoos). Avec un petit côté éthéré / fantastique du fait de sa pâleur.
Celle de droite renvoie clairement un tempérament plus guerrier et brut. Toujours distant, mais bien moins froid. Plutôt comme quelqu'un qui va t'envoyer sur les roses, un peu bourru.
A toi de voir ce qui te semble plus pertinent ^^ Sachant que mon avis est subjectif bien entendu :3
