Hello Nahyel!
Great snowmen, the second one looks quite annoyed ;) You can thicken the limbs, change the eyes, dress them and give them more confidence if you want to go further. Like doing the anatomy of the character (muscles in snowflakes, why not after all 😁)

Super tes bonshommes de neige, le deuxième à l'air bien énervé ;) Tu peux épaissir les membres, changer les yeux, les habiller et donner plus d'aplomb si tu veux aller plus loin. Comme si tu faisais l'anatomie du personnage (des muscles dans des flocons pourquoi pas après tout 😁)

Hello Dalair,
Impeccable, the second one is all rounded and nice. Work on the reflections in the eyes and pupils to be all round and soft even on the face. In the first one, we lose a bit of the snowman vibe, but you have captured the spirit of the exercise. The idea is to keep his attributes and adapt them to angular shapes.

Impeccable, le second est totu arrondi et chouette. Travaille des reflets dans les yeux et les pupilles pour être tout en rondeur et tout en douceur même au niveau du visage. Sur le premier on perd un peu le côté bonhomme de neige mais tu as saisi l'esprit de l'exercice. L'idée c'est de garder ses attribut et de les adapter aux formes anguleuses

At least all the forms are understood 👍 The job is done! You've grasped the idea; the next step is to integrate sharp appendices, softer or straighter shapes into character designs to give them a more villainous/kind/serious side.

Au moins toutes les formes sont comprises 👍 The job is done ! Tu as saisis l'idée, l'étape d'après c'est d'integrer des appendices pointus, des formes plus souples ou droites à des designs de personnages pour leur donner un côté plus méchant/gentil/sérieux.

Hello Rod91,

If you want to work in silhouette, I advise you to go straight in with the flat of the pencil without any preliminary outline. For the characters created here, the shapes are understood, you can go further by specifying certain features, especially with rounded shapes.

Si tu veux travailler en silhouette, je te conseille d'y aller directement avec le plat du crayon sans contour préalable. Pour les personnages créés ici les formes sont comprises, tu peux aller plus loin en précisant certains traits notamment avec les formes arrondies.

Excellent and terrifying at the same time! The rounded shape lends itself more naturally to a kinder and happier character, you convey a certain ambiguity about your character on the right but maybe that's intentional. Good job anyway, you've really got the "hang" of it!

Excellent et terrifiant à le fois ! La forme arrondie se prête plus naturellement à un chara plus gentil et joyeux, tu transmets une certaine ambiguité sur ton personnage de droite mais peut-être est-ce voulu. Bon travail en tous cas, tu as bien saisi le "truc" !

Great, it works well like this. The characters, here snowmen, do not need to have legs similar to humans, you can have fun designing them differently. If you want an example, look at the character Olaf from Frozen.

Super, ça marche bien comme ça. Les personnages, ici des bonhommes de neige ne sont pas obligés d'avoir des jambes proches de l'humain, tu peux t'amuser à les travailler différemment. Si tu veux un exemple, regarde le personnage d'Olaf de la Reine des Neiges.

Great that's exactly the idea, it works well and we believe in it. For your triangular heads, you could go a step further by playing with the hair (and trying an inverted triangle)

Super c'est tout à fait l'idée, ça fonctionne bien et on y croit. Pour tes têtes triangulaires, tu pourrais aller un cran plus loin encore en jouant avec les cheveux (et en essayant un triangle inversé)
