Both of your panels are good :-) you can tell you’re not completely comfortable, but that’s normal because it’s a challenging exercise.
That being said, you’ve completely understood the mindset and the purpose of the task. You have several different perspectives, and everything is easy to understand: that’s good. :-)

Tes deux planches sont bonnes :-) on sent que tu n'es pas à l'aise de partout, mais c'est normal parce que c'est un exercice exigeant.
Cela dit tu as tout à fait compris la mentalité et la finalité du travail à effectuer. Tu as plusieurs angles de vue et tout est lisible : c'est bien. :-)
Here are my creations; I’m not entirely satisfied with them.
I understood the lesson well, but it wasn’t easy to create these two objects. I didn’t focus too much on the details; I mainly tried to break down each object.
I found that the toolbox was very complex, whereas at first glance, the camera seemed much simpler.

I think I know why you’re not satisfied with your exercises. You’ve put in some effort, you’ve spent time on them (and that’s frustrating!), and you only see the imperfections.
What I see, on the other hand, is that you were able to visualize a 3D object in your mind, and you drew it from several angles, in a clear way.
Forget about the scribbles or minor imperfections: you have graphically communicated the visual identity of an object. And that’s not insignificant!
So don’t be too hard on yourself about things that aren’t immediately important, like the rendering, for example. ;-)
We’re not here to create works of art, but to explain and understand how things work. And we start with the alphabet, then we’ll move on to syntax, spelling, and grammar. Poetry will come later!
You’re on the right track, that’s good! 👍

Moi, ce que je vois en revanche, c'est que tu as été capable de faire tourner un objet en 3D dans ta tête, et que tu l'as dessiné sous plusieurs angles de vue, de façon claire.
Peu importent les gribouillis, ou les petites maladresses : tu as communiqué graphiquement l'identité visuelle d'un objet. Et ça, ce n'est pas rien !
Donc ne sois pas trop dure avec toi-même, au sujet de choses qui n'ont pas d'importance dans l'immédiat : comme le rendu par exemple. ;-)
On n'est pas là pour faire des œuvres d'art, mais pour expliquer et comprendre comment ça marche. Et on commence par l'alphabet,puis on aura la syntaxe, l'orthographe et la grammaire. La poésie, ce sera pour plus tard !
Your two drawings are great! You can definitely tell that you’re having a little trouble with rendering volume. But here are two things:
1) This doesn’t make your drawings bad at all; it’s still very good work because you’re putting in the effort to observe and accurately reproduce what you see. What you need is just more practice :-)
2) I think the camera is something you can handle, because the added difficulty comes from the fact that there are more variations in volume; but not more details! As for managing the space, it’s the same.

1) Ça ne fait pas du tout de tes exos de mauvais travaux ; cela reste du très bon boulot parce que tu fais l'effort de bien observer, et de bien retranscrire. Ce qu'il te manque, c'est juste de la pratique :-)
2) Je pense que la caméra est dans tes cordes, parce que la difficulté supplémentaire vient du fait qu'il y a plus de variations de volumes ; mais pas plus de détails ! Quant à la gestion de l'espace, c'est la même.
No exhibition of my sketches this time. For now, I’ve only drawn the box, and I found it incredibly difficult, but also rewarding. Difficult because it’s clear that I have no sense of proportion! I had to start over from the beginning five or six times... I hope that this sense will develop with practice... Rewarding because I’m realizing what it really means to “look” and I understand that I was seeing things but not actually looking at them...

Pas d'exhibition de mes essais cette fois-ci. Pour le moment, je n'ai dessiné que la caisse et j'ai trouvé cela horriblement difficile, mais formateur. Difficile parce qu'il est clair que je n'ai aucun sens des proportions! J'ai dû recommencer depuis le début cinq ou six fois... J'espère que ce sens va apparaître avec la pratique... Formateur parce que je m'aperçois de ce que veut dire réellement "regarder" et je comprends que je voyais mais que je ne regardais pas les choses...
I know that this kind of exercise can be very tedious and time-consuming. But it’s definitely worthwhile!
That said, the most important thing is that you don’t get bored and that you maintain your motivation. So, you need to find the right balance between getting motivated to work on it and not getting fed up by only doing this.
So, make sure you do other things you enjoy!
And don’t hesitate to move on to the next task in the meantime. You will naturally work on these points as you go, and you will have plenty of time to come back to them later, once you’ve made some progress :-)

Je sais que ce genre d'exo peut être très pénible, et long. Mais c'est tout sauf ingrat !
Cela dit, le plus important est que tu ne te lasses pas, et que tu ne casses pas ta motivation. Il faut donc trouver le bon équilibre entre se chauffer pour bosser là-dessus, sans se dégoûter non plus en ne faisant que ça.
Donc fais-toi plaisir par ailleurs !
Et n'hésite pas à passer à la suite en attendant. Tu travailleras naturellement sur ces points au fur et à mesure, et tu auras tout le loisir d'y revenir plus tard, une fois que tu auras pris du galon :-)
Phew... a more technical exercise. It's not so easy to analyze this type of object, but I understand how useful it can be later on. I'm not used to doing this kind of thing, but these are good exercises! Here's my toolbox. 👍

Okay, I found the toolbox to be fairly straightforward, but the camera presented me with even more of a challenge, haha. I had to create a detailed diagram to better understand how the parts are made.
Bon je trouvais le coffre à outil plus ou moins évident, mais la caméra m'a donner encore plus de défi haha. J'ai du faire un plan détacher pour mieux comprendre comment sont faites les pièces..

You did well to create the exploded view. In addition to making things easier for you to understand, it also makes things easier for... everyone you might want to show it to. It’s a good communication exercise. That’s great 🙂

Tu as bien fait de faire la vue explosée. En plus de rendre les choses plus faciles à appréhender pour toi, cela rend également les choses plus faciles à appréhender pour... Toutes les personnes à qui tu voudrais le montrer. C'est un bon exercice de communication. C'est bien 🙂

I’m having a lot of trouble visualizing things in space; I can tell that I lack practice.
The camera seems too complicated, but I’m going to practice with simpler objects for now.
J'ai beaucoup de mal à me représenter les choses dans l'espace, Je sens bien que je manque d'entraînement.
La caméra me semble trop compliquée mais je vais m'entraîner avec des objets plus simples pour le moment.
