Indeed, watercolor can be tricky when you’re just starting out, and there are several possible approaches. I haven’t talked much about the classic approach and the techniques of working on wet or dry surfaces. I preferred to focus on the intuitive approach. You did well to try the watercolor pencils. They’re little gems! Very practical and produce good results (although it also depends on the brand).
We can see that the night was a bit more challenging for you, and maybe you were also starting to get tired. I say this because the background is very well done, while the foreground is a bit rougher, as if you wanted to finish it quickly.
Of the three, you managed the second one, the one with the watercolor pencils, better. If you prefer this method, you can always continue to work this way!

Effectivement, l'aquarelle est compliquée quand on débute et il existe plusieurs approches possibles. J'ai peu parlé de l'approche classique et les histoires de travail sur humide ou sec. J'ai préféré miser sur l'intuitif. Tu as bien fait d'essayer les crayons aquarellables. C'est de petits bijoux ! Très pratiques avec de bons rendus (tout dépend de la marque aussi).
On voir que la nuit était un peu plus pénible pour toi, peut être aussi que tu commençais à fatiguer. Je dis ça car le fond est très bien tandis que le premier plan est un peu plus grossier, comme si tu voulais en finir.
Sur les trois, tu as mieux géré le second, celui avec les crayons aquarellables. Si cela te convient mieux, tu peu toujours travailler de cette manière !

I understand what you mean by combining the colors. You have to be bold and try layering them. I would say that it works particularly well in the foreground. The rest is very satisfying!

Pareil, si tu as envie de poursuivre dans le réalisme, tu pourras intensifier certains détails du premier plan (type herbes) et les les valeurs (ombres + fortes)
