Hello everyone, I would like your opinion on this drawing of Charizard (Pokémon). I put a lot of effort into it, but I think there are some mistakes. Sorry for the image being rotated the wrong way.
Bonjour a tous , j'aimerais un avis sur ce dessin de Dracaufeu ( pokémon ) , je me suis appliqué mais je pense qu'il y a des erreurs . Désolé pour l'image tourné du mauvais côté .
Nice Charizard, did you use an old artwork? I recognize the pose ^^ The Psyduck is pretty good too :D
I won't repeat Liam's comment, I'll just emphasize one small detail: pay attention to the structure of your character. I'm thinking about the arm and its connection with the torso and the right side of the abdomen, which I think aren't included, so it's noticeable. Pokemon are built with very geometric shapes, so you should be able to break down all the parts with small shapes to find the basic structure of any Pokemon ^^

But apart from that, it's great, the training should help you build your drawings more effectively 😉

Joli Dracaufeu, tu as utilisé un vieil artwork non ? Je reconnais la pose ^^ Le Psykokwak est pas mal aussi :D
Je ne vais pas faire une redite du commentaire de Liam, j'appuirais simplement sur un petit détail : attention à la structure de ton personnage. Je pense au bras et leur jonction avec le buste et la partie droite de l'abdomen qui je pense ne sont pas compris, du coup, ça se voit. Les pokemon sont construits avec des formes très géométriques, du coup tu devrais pouvoir décomposer toutes les parties avec des petites formes pour trouver la structure de base de n'importe quel pokemon ^^
J'avais fait un article sur Pikachu sur le blog si ça t'intéresse ;p
Mais à part ça c'est cool, la formation devrait beaucoup t'aider à construire plus efficacement tes dessins 😉
I think I’ve found the model you used as a reference, and it’s very well reproduced! I would have taken the exercise a little further by defining the face a bit better, playing around with the values of the lines, etc.
Otherwise, it’s great, well done!

Je pense avoir trouvé le modèle sur lequel tu t'es basé, et c'est très bien reproduit ! J'aurais poussé l'exercice un peu plus loin en indiquant un peu mieux le visage, en jouant un peu sur les valeurs de traits, etc.
Thank you, that’s kind of you to say. It’s true that I didn’t focus on the values of the lines and shapes, because when I drew it, I didn’t know anything about that.

And yes, the training is really helping me with the composition of my drawings, even though at the beginning I was a bit overwhelmed by the amount of information we were given!

Vu que je n'ai pas l'œil d'un pro pour moi il ne comporté pas d'erreurs mais je me suis rendu compte que ce n'était pas le cas ^^". Et oui la formation m'aide bien pour la composition de mes dessins même si au début j'étais un peu noyé sous la tonnes d'informations qu'on nous donnent !
