New at Dessindigo!

The Dessindigo team is delighted to kill two birds with one stone and introduce both a new course and a new teacher!
YOUR NEW TEACHER
Before discussing the course, let us introduce Camille Raveau. Here is a brief introduction:
After studying Art History as well as Cinema and Audiovisual Art in Paris, Camille now studies the art of Comics and Illustration in Nantes.
She is the author and illustrator of the Will & Isabelle picture book series at Qilinn/Dargaud. She has also worked on Lorenzo Mattotti's feature-length animated film The Famous Invasion of Bears in Sicily (Prima Linea Productions) and supervised the 2D animation for the first musical short film in augmented reality, Out There (Wilkins Avenue/Magic Leap). She is currently illustrating the series A Nous Versailles at Flammarion Jeunesse and contributes to various collective comic book albums (Daviken, Petit à Petit, etc.)

COURSE ON CHILDREN'S ILLUSTRATION
During this "children's illustration" course, we will explore the various graphic and narrative possibilities for telling a story through images together.
Through demonstrations and exercises, you'll find your own youth style as well as the tool that best allows you to create visuals that reflect who you are.
Although this course is suitable for beginners, it requires some basic drawing skills.

Do not hesitate to write to us if you have any questions about this new course.
Until then, I wish you a great weekend!
At Dessindigo, drawing gives you a healthy glow.
Hellooooo,
So excited to read about the first steps of this new training, I was eagerly waiting to learn more :o)))))
It's going to be hard to wait, because I still have work to do with the basics of drawing, unless I quickly give in to exercising my creativity while continuing to work on the basics... intense competition with comics, I love both!!!!
Welcome Camille, and thank you very much for this new training 🎉
Faby -Farbie-
Glad to hear that you like the theme of this new training 😃
Hello Camille! I am deep into the children's illustration training and... at the very beginning I was a bit scared because I am a complete beginner and I only work with a mechanical pencil.. and the more I progress in the training, the more I like it! I work on it every day and watch it over and over! I think I'm starting to get addicted 😅😅 in any case, I really see my progress and I do all the little warm-ups recommended! Anyway, all this to say thank you Camille, I am really enjoying myself, I'm learning a lot of things!
Thank you so much! It means a lot to know that this has helped you progress and evolve, but most importantly, it's great that you are continuing!!!
hello,
I think I might really go for this training after the drawing basics.... no scattering for now 😅 I'll stay focused.
