00h 03minCourse Information
Using references (available in the "course support" tab showing you various styles of children's illustration, namely Trotro the Donkey by Bénédicte Guettier, Little Nicolas by Sempé, and Ernest and Celestine by Gabrielle Vincent), we will revisit our image of the Christmas tree and try (still using the tool of your choice) to approximate the codes of each of these styles.
Take the time to carefully analyze the reference photos and thus highlight the elements and details (or not, precisely) present in each of the ways of illustrating for youth.
Then, following my demonstration, create your own version of the tree decoration Trotro style, Petit Nicolas, or Ernest and Celestine.
