You are experiencing video playback issues. Here are some tips that might help.

• - Change the video quality
• - Disable add-ons / plugins in your browser (e.g., Adblock, Antivirus plugin, etc.)

• - Ensure your browser is up-to-date or switch to another browser
• - Ensure that your firewall and/or antivirus does not interfere with your connection or restrict services, add exceptions if necessary.
• - Make sure your connection provides sufficient bandwidth and that it is not being used by a resource-intensive software or another user during your viewing.
• - Switch the connection mode to Wired if on Wifi and vice versa (If computer)
• - Use the simplified reader
