Here is my drawing for this course. I worked on the sketches on paper and then created the final version on a tablet. I tried to take perspective and the horizon line into account, especially for the helmet. I had some difficulties with the orientation of the motorcycle and the tires đ , and with the overall layout of the drawing.

Your sketches are fantastic, and I think they really helped you with the motorcycle design. :) Just be careful with the front tire; the thickness isnât consistent throughout, and the position of the front fender seems a bit strange to me. Otherwise, the rest looks good, well done! ^^
Hello, sorry for the delay in my response. It looks good with the shadows, but it might not be entirely accurate because you need to define a light source and its direction, and then deduce the placement of your shadows in relation to it.

Here is my first real drawing in perspective. I would like to ink it using a liner pen, but Iâm afraid of ruining it. Can you give me some advice before I start? For example, should I draw the straight lines by hand or with a ruler? Should I use the same line thickness throughout the drawing? And surely there are other things I havenât thought of. :)

Hello Marionblush, regarding your perspective, it's good; your drawing is accurate, so you can move on to the inking stage. I would advise you to draw your straight lines with a ruler (be careful not to make any smudges), and as for the thickness, anything that requires detail should have a thinner line.
Hello Kate45, You have a nice touch for a beginner! However, your drawing is quite cluttered (with many elements scattered somewhat randomly), and it lacks perspective and depth. But that will come with practice on the different exercises on the site! :)

Nice composition, and a lovely scene! The car tends to attract a little too much attention, whereas I think itâs the couple that should be the focus... By bringing it more to the foreground, just like the tree, or by offsetting it, the couple would be more central to the image. :)

Perhaps emphasizing the foreground (making the mountain and rock more prominent and higher) would add something extra? But it might also create unnecessary clutter, soâŠ
Great scene and composition; I really like the atmosphere that this drawing conveys! I think that emphasizing the low-angle shot would make the effect even more striking! Just watch out for minor anatomical errors, like the position of the toes. :)

As you can see in my corrections, I tried to reposition the vanishing points and the horizon line, and many elements donât follow the same perspective. Regarding the composition, avoid placing your main element in the exact center of the image. Shift it slightly to the side. You can also add more detail to the background and foreground to create more contrast in your composition.

Hello, pardon pour le retar de de ma réponse, c'est stylé avec les ombres, mais pas forcément trÚs juste car il faut que tu définisses une source lumineuse et sa direction. Et que tu déduise le placement de tes ombres par rapport à elle.

VoilĂ mon premier vrai dessin en perspective. Je voudrais l'encrer au liner mais j'ai peur de tout gĂącher, un conseil  avant que je me lance? Par exemple, les lignes droites, je les fais Ă la main ou Ă la rĂšgle? Est ce que je prends la mĂȘme Ă©paisseur de traits sur tout le dessin? et sĂ»rement d'autres choses auxquelles je ne pense pas :)

Bonjour Marionblush, en ce qui concerne ta perspective, c'est good,ton dessin est juste donc tu peux passer à l'encrage. Je te conseille effectivement de tracer à la rÚgle tes lignes droites (attention aux bavures), et pour ce qui est de l'épaisseur, tout ce qui demande du détail prend un trait plus fin.

Jolie composition, et jolie scĂšne! La voiture a un peu trop tendance a attirer l'oeil, alors que je pense que c'est le couple qui devrait attirer notre attention... En la mettant plus en avant au premier plan, au mĂȘme titre que l'arbre ou en la dĂ©calant, le couple serait plus au centre de l'attention. :)

I removed the bones because it wouldnât make sense for only part of the seat to be made of bone.

Chouette scÚne et composition, j'aime beaucoup l'ambiance que dégage ce dessin! Je pense qu'en accentuant la contre-plongée l'effet serait encore plus saisissant! Attention aux petites erreurs anatomiques, comme la position des orteils. :)

DĂ©solĂ© de ce retour tardif! Tu ne t'es pas facilitĂ© la tĂąche dans ton architecture, chapeau! Mais attention Ă ta perspective! Comme tu peux le voir dans mon correctif, j'ai essayĂ© de replacer les points de fuites et la ligne d'horizon, et beaucoup d'Ă©lĂ©ments ne suivent pas la mĂȘme perspective. CĂŽtĂ© compopsition, Ă©vite de placer ton Ă©lĂ©ment principal au plein centre de l'image. DĂ©cale le lĂ©gĂšrement sur le cĂŽtĂ©. Tu peux Ă©galement dĂ©tailler un peu plus arriĂšre plan et premier plan pour apporter plus de contraste Ă ta composition.
